Flexible but Non-Refundable
Bookings made during the EOFY Booking Blitz are non-refundable.
If your plans change, you may change your stay dates to another available date at the same participating park, provided:
- The new stay date is before 14 December 2026.
- The change is requested at least 7 days before your scheduled arrival date.
- Any difference in booking value resulting from the date change may be payable.
No refunds or credits are available if you choose to cancel a booking made under this promotion.
